Common questions

Is A-Score safe to use?

Yes. A-Score uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all connections and stores sensitive credentials in your device's secure keychain. We follow industry best practices for application security.

Who can see my transactions?

Only the parties involved in a transaction can see its details. Your transaction history is private by default. You can choose to share specific transactions or your overall A-Score with others.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your data is backed up to our secure servers. Simply log in on a new device to restore your account. You can also remotely log out of lost devices from account settings.

How is my A-Score calculated?

Your A-Score (0.0-5.0) is based on your transaction history: completed agreements, verification level, dispute outcomes, and consistency over time. It's built on what you actually do, not self-reported information.

Can someone fake their A-Score?

No. A-Scores are calculated from verified transactions that require mutual confirmation. You can't create fake transactions without another real, verified user agreeing to them.
