5.1 Transaction Accuracy

• Ascore is a documentation platform, not a payment processor
• We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction
• We are not responsible for disputes between users

5.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to display your content to relevant parties
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these terms

5.3 Dispute Resolution

• Our dispute resolution is a facilitation service, not binding arbitration
• Decisions are based on evidence provided by both parties
• We are not a court, arbitration service, or legal authority
• Dispute outcomes may affect trust scores

6. Intellectual Property

The Ascore service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Ascore, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our service

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The outcome of any transaction or dispute
• The trustworthiness of other users
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Trust scores are based on platform activity and should not be the sole factor in your decisions. Always exercise due diligence in any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ascore in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the platform

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and Ascore shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Before initiating arbitration, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@myascore.com.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ascore.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
