No app, or can’t sign in? We’ll email a one-time link to the address on your account.

What happens next

The honest version.

Deleted
  • Your profile, profile card and sign-in details
  • Your records, Private Notes and Estate Planning Notes
  • Records you share with someone else, for both of you, so tell them first
  • Your messages, notifications, People connections and requests
Kept
  • Billing history we must keep for tax and accounting, with your name and details removed
How long 24 hours

Deletion starts when you confirm and finishes within a day. Paying through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel it there too. Deleting your account doesn’t.
